Our Yoga Class Passes can be used at any of our yoga classes. You can buy yoga passes at the studio or online.

You are welcome to register for class at any time and pay for your first class at the studio when you arrive.

Our Rochester prenatal yoga classes are designed for your changing body and growing baby.

We invite you to come and be a part of an amazing group of women where we hope you will learn a little more about yourself, develop a deeper connection with your baby and feel grounded as your baby’s birth day draws closer.

Each yoga class includes safe, gentle postures for pregnancy including some breath work and mindfulness meditation. In our prenatal yoga classes, you will learn skills and techniques you that will be able to draw on and use during labor and the birth of your baby, or any time during your pregnancy when you might be feeling nervous, anxious or stressed. It is our hope that our prenatal yoga classes will help prepare you for the hard work of giving birth to your baby and allow you to cultivate more self-awareness during this transition to new motherhood. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth – every baby is a beautiful new beginning.

We provide a safe, open space where we encourage you to ask questions, share your doubts, fears or concerns – from the changes your body is going through to the new life growing within you. Our community at Beautiful Birth Choices extends far beyond the mat.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR ROCHESTER PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES:

During our yoga practice, we focus on proper alignment within each asana (posture) to safely achieve the benefits of a pregnancy yoga practice. Our prenatal yoga classes are safe and suitable for all trimesters.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our studio is equipped with all the props you will need for class (bolster, blocks, blankets, yoga straps) but feel free to bring your own yoga mat or additional props if you prefer. We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a bottle of water.

Please try to arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your class start time. If you arrive a little late, you are still very welcome to come in quietly and join your class in progress.

Our prenatal yoga classes are intended for pregnant people. Partners do not typically come to these classes, but we are always happy to discuss your specific situation if needed. We offer a monthly Couple's Prenatal Yoga workshops that is intended for both partners. Check the schedule for details.
