COMFORT MEASURES FOR PREGNANCY, LABOR AND BIRTH

Time to build confidence and increase mobility as you prepare for birth!

Our class instructors are birth doulas and educators that will teach you how to use various props including a birth/yoga ball, bolsters, pillows, chairs, and more. BBC will provide the materials and props needed to use during class and send you home with a packet of information so that you can leave feeling prepared and empowered to navigate your birth.

We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle with you if you like.
