BREASTFEEDING 201: BACK TO WORK, PUMPING AND BOTTLE FEEDING

Everything you need to know about returning to work, using your breast pump and giving your baby a bottle.

If you're breastfeeding and feeling anxious about returning to work, we class can help! In this 2 hour class you'll learn how to determine your best pumping schedule and routine, how to know how much milk your baby will likely need while you are away from them and so much more.

We’ll also address your specific questions, concerns and anything else you’d like to discuss about going back to work and breastfeeding beyond the early weeks. Babies are welcome to accompany you to class. You are welcome to bring your breast pump if you have questions about it or if you need to pump during class. We often have time to address specific or unique work schedules or situations.

This class is best suited for families who's baby has already arrived and you are currently breastfeeding. You are still welcome to attend this class when you are pregnant if needed or desired.
