Melissa Silva

PRENATAL YOGA TEACHER

More about Melissa

Melissa went to her first yoga class purely for the physical benefits but was surprised to realize the lessons that she learned on the mat that could be used OFF of the mat: specifically, using the breath to ease anxiety or clear the head. The realization that yoga had so much to offer solidified her decision to become a yoga teacher. Melissa’s carefully thought out cues are easy to follow and meant to make every yoga practitioner feel confident on the mat whether it is their first time or their thousandth.

Melissa is a wife and mother and enjoys exploring with her family on mini adventures, dancing and singing along to live music, laughing at a comedy show, or satisfying her sweet tooth by experimenting with new recipes.
