VBAC and Cesarean Support Group

This support group is for birthing people who have had or are planning a cesarean or VBAC birth. We come from all stages of healing and planning and get together once a month to talk about the unique experience of cesarean delivery, recovery, and what comes next in subsequent pregnancies. We believe that there is no right way to birth-only the right way for you. Our goal is to provide evidence -based information and emotional support through community. Each month we come together to share stories, ask questions, share information and just listen. Babes in arms are welcome.

To attend this group, we kindly ask for your financial support of $3 per meeting. You can pay using the button below or with cash or credit/debit card at the studio when you arrive.

Your contributions truly help us keep our support groups going strong, thank you so much for helping us help you and other families and babies in our community. Payment is greatly appreciated but not required. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

“We all open. We all tear, somewhere – body, heart, soul. We all both wildly embrace and struggle to embrace these experiences. It all takes courage and that courage is always worth celebrating.”

— Rachel Lorena Brown
