Pregnancy Loss Support Group
Group support for people who have experienced a loss at any stage of pregnancy.
Our Pregnancy Loss Support Group is for anyone who has experienced a pregnancy loss. We're here to help you find community and support as you navigate the stages of grief, especially if you are feeling alone, isolated or misunderstood. We're here to listen, offer compassion and understanding and honor your grief in all of its forms.
We know there is no changing what happened to you and your baby. We are not here to try fix or minimize your feelings or encourage you to move on. This group is a space for you to be exactly who you are, right now. We know that grieving is not linear, whether your loss is more recent or happened a long time ago, we're here to be a place for connection, to share your story or to simply sit alongside other loss parents who need community.
This group is a welcoming, non-clinical space for a loss parent to talk honestly about the complex feelings and emotions that come with pregnancy loss.
Facilitated by Margo Fox, MSW and Kate Lynch, LCAT, each group offers an opportunity to share, listen, offer or receive support and connection with others who have suffered the loss of a pregnancy at any stage. Whether you've experienced a miscarriage, chemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, late term loss or stillbirth, you are welcome here.
To attend this group, we kindly ask for your financial support of $3 per meeting. You can pay using the button below or with cash or credit/debit card at the studio when you arrive. Your contributions truly help us keep our support groups going strong. And while any contributions are greatly appreciated, they are not required. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
If you have feedback for us about this group, we welcome you to share it with us here.

Group Facilitators:
Margo Fox, MSW, Birth Doula

Margo is a mother of four boys and a certified birth doula with BBC, with a background in social work. She is deeply passionate about supporting others through education, empathy, and empowerment. After experiencing back-to-back pregnancy losses in 2024, Margo came to understand firsthand the profound importance of connection, compassionate support, and holding space for those navigating pregnancy loss of any kind. She has additional training in pregnancy after loss and is currently working toward her bereavement doula certification. In her free time, Margo enjoys yoga, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.
Kate Lynch, LCAT
Kate is a licensed creative arts psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, and women’s issues, with extensive training in group facilitation. She is the mother of three BBC babies: two living daughters and a son, Connor, who died in 2024 at 23 weeks’ gestation. After Connor’s death, Kate was deeply grateful for the support she received from the BBC community. She is thankful for the opportunity to pay it forward by offering grieving parents a space to process their losses through conversation and creative mediums such as music, art, and writing. Her goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where attendees feel seen, heard, and supported, and where healing can unfold within a community that truly understands.
