Postpartum, Together Support group
A space for real talk and emotional support after birth.
The postpartum period brings more than sleepless nights and diaper changes - it brings big emotions, identity shifts, and moments that can feel overwhelming or isolating.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, sadness, mood swings, or just not feeling quite like yourself, you are not alone. This group is a welcoming, non-clinical space for new parents to talk honestly about the emotional side of life after birth.
Led by Jenna Hine, LCSW (and fellow mom), each session offers real conversation, gentle support, and connection with others who get it. Come as you are—messy bun, spit-up-stained shirt, and all. Non-mobile babies welcome!
To attend this group, we kindly ask for your financial support of $3 per meeting. You can pay using the button below or with cash or credit/debit card at the studio when you arrive.
Your contributions truly help us keep our support groups going strong, thank you so much for helping us help you and other families and babies in our community. Payment is greatly appreciated but not required. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
