This weekly Rochester postpartum support group meets Fridays in-person at Beautiful Birth Choices, 9 - 10:30 AM.

Join us Friday mornings to gather and talk about many things related to your postpartum journey; from your physical recovery from pregnancy and birth, to the emotional and mental adjustments that come with new motherhood/parenthood.

This support group is intended to support the mother or birthing parent through the postpartum period. (But also, postpartum is forever.) Your baby is welcome to accompany you to the Postpartum Wellness Support Group, and partners are also welcome. We also encourage you to join us during your pregnancy as part of your postpartum planning and preparation.
